模拟高温过程对棉蚜存活率的影响

摘要

[目的]探索高温如何影响棉蚜 Aphis gossypii Glover种群.[方法]室内研究不同温度(32、34、36、38、40和42℃;高温处理8 h)对棉蚜存活率的影响.[结果]棉蚜存活率随着温度的升高而降低;32、34和36℃对棉蚜存活率的影响没有差异,38℃棉蚜存活率显著降低;40和42℃棉蚜存活率接近零.相同处理时间条件下,棉蚜半数致死温度随着处理时间的延长而降低.[结论]棉蚜半数致死温度平均为38.3℃,为新疆棉蚜的预测与防治提供了依据.%[ Objective and Method]The experiments were conducted to assess the effects of high temperatures (32, 34, 36, 38, 40and 42℃), period of exposure (8 h) on survival rate of Aphis gossypii. [Result]The results showed that the survival rate of cotton Aphid decreased with increase of the temperature . There were no significant differences of the survival rate of Aphis gossypii between 32℃ and 36℃ , but the survival rate of Aphis gossypii decreased rapidly at 38℃ . Ihe survival rate of Aphis gossypii decreased to zero quickly at 40℃ and 42℃ . The LT50 of cotton aphids decreased with prolonging of expouring period . [Conclusion] the results showed that the LT50 of cotton aphid is 38 . 3 ℃ , which provided basis for the prediction and control of cotton aphid.
