Box-Behnken中心组合设计优化乙醇提取瘤果黑种草生物碱工艺

         

摘要

[目的]优化瘤果黑种草生物碱乙醇提取工艺.[方法]Box-Behnke中心组合设计为原理,以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间为自变量,生物碱含量为因变量,利用Minitab程序进行分析.[结果]确定了瘤果黑种草生物碱乙醇提取的最优工艺,工艺参数乙醇浓度为69%、料液比10 mug、提取温度83℃、提取时间160 min,在此条件下生物碱含量为3.89mg/g.[结论]该方法能很好地对瘤果黑种草生物碱乙醇提取工艺进行优化.%[ Objective ] To optimize the extraction technique for total alkaloids from Nigella glandulifera Freyn . by EtOH. [ Method] Using Box - Behnke central composite design and Minitab the results were analyzed . [ Result] The optimal techniques,by which the alkloids were extracted from Nigella glandulifem Freyn were determined, the optimun conditions were EtOH density of 6g% , the ratio of bittermelon to solvent was 10 mL/g, extracting temperature was 83 ℃ and extracting time was 160 min. Under these conditions the extraction rate of total alkaloid could be up to 3 . 89 mg/g. [ Conclusion] The method can optimize the the extraction technique for total alkaloids from Nigella glandulifera Freyn .
