[目的]比较发育中棉纤维硫酸木质素含量的动态变化.[方法]采用硫酸法测定发育中棉纤维木质素含量.[结果]单位棉铃硫酸木质素含量随棉纤维次生壁的增厚呈递增趋势,海岛棉硫酸木质素含量总体低于陆地棉.棉纤维硫酸木质素含量的动态变化呈“S”型曲线,棉纤维硫酸木质素含量变化符合Logistic函数,陆地棉硫酸木质素含量快速累积时期持续的时间长于海岛棉,但单位棉铃硫酸木质素含量最大累积速率出现的时间要晚于海岛棉,而陆地棉单位棉铃硫酸木质素最大累积速率(Vmax)与海岛棉间没有显著差异.[结论]海岛棉与陆地棉相同发育时期内的硫酸木质素含量差异显著.%[Objective] The purpose of this research was to compare the dynamic changes of Klason lignin contents during cotton fiber development. [Method] The Klason lignin of cotton fiber was assayed by 72% (v/v) H2SO4 acid procedure. [Result] The results of experiment showed that the trends of Klason lignin contents per cotton boll was increased with the cotton fiber secondary wall thickening, and the Klason lignin content in fiber of Gossypium barbadense L. was lower than that of Gossypium hirsutum L. ; The curve of Klason lignin dynamic change of cotton fiber against the cotton boll age appeared the " S" shape, and the dynamic accumulation of Klason lignin increased with a cotton ball developing, which could fit the Logistic function. The rapid accumulation period of lignin in fiber of Gossypium hirsutum L. was longer than that of Gossypium barbadense L. , and the starting time of maximum Klason lignin accumulation rate in fiber against cotton boll age of Gossypium hirsutum L. is was later than that of Gossypium barbadense L. , but there existed no significant difference between the maximum accumulation rate of Klason lignin in fiber against cotton boll age of Gossypium hirsutum L. and that of Gossypium barbadense L. [Conclusion] There exists the significant difference of lignin content and accumulation between Gossypium barbadense L. and Gossypium hirsutum L.
