一种苹果自动定向输送机构的设计及仿真

         

摘要

[目的]水果在线检测中果梗、果萼的图像信息与损伤的信息类似,为减少计算机对水果果梗、果萼图像信息的误判,研究设计一种苹果专用的定向输送机,能实现苹果在输运过程中的自动定向.该机构能使苹果在运动到摄像区前完成苹果的定向,保证摄像区获取除苹果果萼和果梗之外苹果的表面图像信息.[方法]结合自动定向装置结构简图说明了自动定向的原理,应用Solidworks对定向输送机构进行三维实体建模,并利用ADAMS/View软件建立完整的动力学模型,进行运动仿真获得苹果定向时的运动学参数,为整机结构设计提供必要的依据.[结果]运用此种苹果定向输送机构,苹果在进入定向壳2s后能实现自动定向.完成自动定向后在摄像区内做绕果梗、果萼所成轴线旋转的运动.[绪论]通过运动仿真,此种苹果自动定向输送机构可以很好地实现苹果在输送过程中的定向,投入使用能解决水果在线检测中对果梗、果萼的图像信息的误判,提高在线检测的效率.%[Objective]The image information of stems and calyx is the same as the injured fruit. This project aims to design a special directional conveyor for apples in the hope of reducing the miscalculation of the fruit stems and calyx. In that case, apples could be automatically oriented in the process of transportation before reaching the area of camera shooting, thus ensuring obtaining the image information of apple surface except apple calyx and stems in the area of camera shooting. [ Method ] The structure diagram in combination with automatic orientation device illustrated the principle of automatic orientation and established the three dimensional model based on Solidworks. It also used ADAMS / View software to establish a complete dynamic model and got the kinematic parameters through simulation when apples were directed, all of which provided the necessary basis for the structural design. [ Result ] With the use of the apple - oriented transportation mechanism, apples were automatically directed in the directional shell after 2 seconds, and they could complete automatic orientation in the camera area rotating around the axis of stems and fruit calyx. [ Conclusion]By motion simulation, such apple automatically directing mechanism could achieve a good apple orientation during transportation. When it was put into practice, it could solve miscarriage of justice of on -line detection of fruit image information of stem, and fruit calyx and improve the efficiency of online testing.
