高频彩色多普勒超声检查对乳房肿块的58例诊断价值

摘要

Objective to understand the high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast lumps check value.Methods diagnosis instrument, philips iU22 colour to exceed 5-12 MHz probe frequency. as a regular breast section scan, detect two-dimensional ultrasonography and doppler spectrum, the result with surgical pathology, retrospective summary analysis of 58 patients with breast lumps by high frequency color doppler ultrasound i clinical data and pathological report. Results 58 patients with breast the masses were performed in 72 cases, benign 52 cases, 20 cases were malignant. compared with postoperative pathological results, benign tumor diagnosis coincidence rate was 96% (50/52), malignant tumor diagnosis coincidence rate was 90% (18/20). Benign and malignant tumors in lump form, capsule, internal echo, calciifcations and blood lfow signal differences have no statistical signiifcance (P > 0.05).Conclusion High frequency colour to exceed to convenient, quick and accurate examination of the mammary gland, signiifcantly improve the early detection and diagnosis of breast lumps, facilitate timely treatment, and noninvasive, low price, is worth to be widely, clinical can be used as mammary gland disease census and routine inspection method.%目的：了解高频彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺肿块检查的诊断价值。方法采用飞利浦iU22彩超诊断仪，探头频率5～12 MHz。作常规乳房切面扫查，探测二维声像图及多普勒频谱，其结果与手术病理相对比，回顾性总结分析我院58例乳腺肿块患者经高频彩色多普勒超声的临床资料与病理报告。结果58例乳腺患者超声检查出肿块72例，良性者52例，恶性者20例。与术后病理结果比较，良性肿块诊断符合率为96％(50/52)，恶性肿块诊断符合率为90％(18/20)。良、恶性肿块在肿块形态、包膜、内部回声、钙化灶及血流信号方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频彩超能够方便、快捷、准确地进行乳腺检查，明显提高乳腺肿块的早期发现和诊断，便于及时治疗，且无创、价廉，值得临床广泛推广，可作为乳腺疾病的普查及常规检查方法。
