星状神经节阻滞结合三叉神经阻滞治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of stellate ganglion block combined with trigeminal nerve block on trigeminal neuralgia. Method according to the pain of patients with clinical symptoms to determine the incidence of neural support .corresponding nerve branch of the nerve block and stellate ganglion block , so as to achieve the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Conclusion stellate ganglion block combined with the trigeminal nerve block is an effective method for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.%目的探讨星状神经节阻滞结合三叉神经阻滞治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法根据患者的临床疼痛症状，确定发病的神经支，进行相应神经支的神经阻滞，从而达到治疗三叉神经痛的目的。结论星状神经节阻滞结合三叉神经阻滞是治疗三叉神经痛的一种有效方法。
