目的探讨护理干预对肝胆患者外科手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取我科收治的肝胆外科手术的患者88例进行分析讨论，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组实施常规的护理措施，观察组患者实施有效的护理干预措施，比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复的情况。结果观察组患者在手术后实施有效的护理干预措施后，患者肛门排气时间以及排便的时间均早于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（P ＜0.05）。结论对于肝胆患者外科手术后实施护理干预措施能够明显的提高患者胃肠功能的恢复情况，有利于患者康复，缩短住院时间。%Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after hepatobiliary surgery operation. Methods 88 cases of patients were chosen in our hospital from Department of hepatobiliary surgery operation were analyzed and discussed, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group routine nursing measures, observe the implementation of effective intervention group, compared two groups of patients with gastrointestinal function recovery situation. Results Patients with the implementation of effective nursing interventions in patients after operation, anal exhaust time and defecation time were earlier than that of the control group, by comparison with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion to improve gastrointestinal function recovery nursing intervention measures in patients after hepatobiliary surgery operation, conducive to the rehabilitation of patients, shorten the time of hospitalization.
