枸地氯雷他定联合匹多莫德治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘要

objective to efficacy and safety of desloratadine citrate combined with pidotimod in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 98 cases of chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group (49 cases) given desloratadine citrate oral, 8 8mg, 1/d;the treatment group (49 cases) in the control group based on the given pidotimod oral, 800 mg, 1 times/day, treatment for 4 weeks, to observe the curative effect and adverse drug reaction after treatment.Results after 4 weeks treatment, the cure rate was 52.63%, the total effective rate was 84.20.Control group, the cure rate was 39.47%, the total effective rate was 60.52%.The cure rate, total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0.05).During the treatment, no adverse reaction.Conclusion desloratadine citrate combined with pidotimod in treatment of chronic urticaria has good curative effect, less adverse reaction.%　　目的观察枸地氯雷他定联合匹多莫德治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法将98例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分成两组，对照组(49例)给予枸地氯雷他定口服，8.8mg，1次/d；治疗组(49例)在对照组基础上同时给予匹多莫德口服液口服，800 mg,1次/日，疗程4周，治疗结束后观察疗效及药物不良反应。结果治疗4周后，治疗组治愈率为52.63％,总有效率达84.20。对照组治愈率39.47％,总有效率为60.52％。治疗组治愈率,总有效率明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义( P ＜0.05)。治疗期间，无不良反应发生。结论枸地氯雷他定联合匹多莫德治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好，不良反应少。
