Objective to study the value of color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of lower extremity vascular disease. Methods 53 patients with lower extremity vascular disease admitted in our hospital from august 2012 to august 2013 were selected as the research subjects. they were all examined by color doppler ultrasonography. and the results were observed and analyzed and then compared with the surgical pathological examination.Results after examined by color doppler ultrasonography, diagnostic results of 53 patients showed that the cases mainly included 19 patients with lower extremity venous valve insufficiency, 15 patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis, 8 patients with lower limb atherosclerosis, 5 cases of patients with thromboangitis obliterans of the lower limbs, 2 patients with lower extremity varicose ulcers and 1 case with pseudoaneurysm of femoral artery combined with femoral arteriovenous fistula. The diagnosis rate was 94.3%(50/53). Conclusion color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of lower extremity vascular disease with the advantaged of high accuracy, high security and noninvasive and high clinical value, is worthy of popularization and application.%目的：对彩色多普勒超声对下肢血管疾病的诊断价值进行探讨。方法选取我院在2012年8月份到2013年8月份收治的53例下肢血管疾病患者为研究对象，对所有患者实施彩色多普勒超声检查，并对检查结果进行观察和分析，与手术病理检查进行比较。结果53例患者经彩色多普勒诊断，诊断结果显示疾病主要包括19例下肢静脉瓣功能不全患者、15例下肢静脉血栓患者、8例下肢动脉粥样硬化患者、5例下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者、2例下肢静脉曲张溃疡患者以及1例股动脉假性动脉瘤并股动静脉瘘患者，确诊率为94.3%（50/53）。结论采用彩色多普勒超声对下肢血管疾病进行诊断，具有较高的准确率，安全性高，具有无创性，临床应用价值较高，值得普及和应用。
