目的：为了探讨部分阴道闭锁术治疗老年妇女子宫脱垂的治疗效果。方法将患者分为两组，一组采用阴切+阴道前后部修补术，一组采用部分阴道闭锁术，对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果采用部分阴道闭锁术的患者的手术时间要比另一组的患者短，且术中出血量也比另一组的患者少。结论部分阴道闭锁术操作简单，易于掌握，手术耗时短、出血少，危险性明显降低，值得在基层医院推广和应用。%Objective to investigate the partial vaginal closure in the treatment of uterine prolapse elderly women treatment effect. Methods the patients were divided into two groups, one group with negative resection and repair of vaginal part, a group with Goodal-Power, to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results the operation time of vaginal atresia patients than another group were shorter, bleeding volume and operative than another group of patients with less. Conclusion Vaginal atresia surgery has the advantages of simple operation, easy control, short operation time, less bleeding, lower the risks, worthy of promotion and application in primary hospital.
