皮肤屏障功能在特应性皮炎发病机制中的重要作用分析

摘要

目的：分析皮肤屏障功能在特应性皮炎发病机制中的重要作用。方法选择2012年12月至2013年5月于我院治疗的由皮肤屏障功能障碍导致的60例特应性皮炎患者。并以同期在我院健康体检者60例作对照组进行观察。比较实验组患者治疗前、后与对照组皮肤水分散失情况（teWl）和体内人激肽释放酶7变化。结果治疗后患者的皮肤水分散失状况和体内人激肽释放酶7的含量均低于治疗前（P<0.05）。但与对照组仍有明显差异（P<0.05）。结论治疗过程中发现人激肽释放酶7和皮肤水分散失状况的反应较为敏感，对及时准确检测患者病情提供了帮助。值得临床进一步探究。%Objective to analyze the skin barrier functionplays an important role in the pathogenesis of atopicdermatit is. Methods in our hospital from 2012 december to2013 May treatment of 60 cases caused by skin barrierdysfunction in patients with atopic dermatitis. in the same period in the health examination in our hospital in 60 casesas control group were observed. comparison of the experimental group of patients before and after treatment,and the control group the skin water loss (teWl) and in vivo human kallikrein 7 changes. Results after treatment,patients with skin moisture content loss c ondition and in vivo human kallikrein 7 were lower than before treatment(P<0.05). But there are still significant difference with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the treatment processof human kallikrein 7 and skin moisture loss situation is sensitive to the reaction, provides help for timely and accurate detection of patients. it is worthy of further clinicalresearch.
