ABSTRACT:Objective: to analyze the application effect of the theory of human nature care in children with hand foot mouth disease. Methods: use the 80 cases of children with hand, foot and mouth disease during hospitalization in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 as the research object, according to different nursing methods, divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases), control group received routine nursing care, observation group in the control group of nursing basis according to the human care theory of psychological nursing intervention, the anxiety self rating scale (SAS) of two groups of parents of children with mental status were assessed. Results: two groups of patients before the psychological status of the psychological status of the difference was not significant (P>0.05); the psychological status of the patients in the observation group was (28.41+1.78), better than the control group (39.78+3.56), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease, and to improve the psychological state of the family of children, is worthy of clinical application.%目的：分析人性照护理论在住院手足口病患儿家属心理干预中的应用效果。方法选取我院于2012年1月～2013年1月住院治疗的手足口病患儿80例作为研究对象，按护理方法的不同，分为对照组（40例）和观察组（40例），对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组护理基础上按人性照护理论进行心理护理干预，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）对两组患儿家长的心理状态进行评定。结果两组患儿家属护理前心理状态评分比较差异不显著（P>0.05）；观察组护理后心理状态评分为（28.41±1.78）分，优于对照组的（39.78±3.56）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在小儿手足口病治疗过程中按人性照护理论开展患儿家属心理干预能有效改善患儿家属的负面心理状态，降低护患纠纷，值得临床推广使用。
