结缔组织病并间质性肺病90例的临床特点分析

ABSTRACT:Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with connective tissue disease complicated with interstitial lung disease. Methods:180 cases of patients with connective tissue disease patients were treated between August 2012 - 2014 August as the research object, according to whether the patients with interstitial lung disease will be divided into two groups:control group patients 90 cases of patients without complications were observed group were 90 patients with comorbidities in patients, respectively the index of two groups of patients analysis. Results:there were significant differences in, ESR, CCP, Hb, IgG, RF, ANA and other indicators of the two groups, P<0.05. Conclusion:ANA, ESR,, Hb, IgG, RF and CCP were higher in the patients with connective tissue disease and interstitial lung disease.%目的：探讨结缔组织病合并间质性肺疾病患者的临床特征。方法选取我院自2012年8月至2014年8月间收治的结缔组织疾病患者180例患者作为研究对象，根据其是否合并间质性肺病将其分成两组即对照组患者90例为非合并症患者，观察组患者90例为合并症患者，分别对两组患者的各项指标进行分析。结果两组患者的ANA、抗CCP、ESR、Hb、IgG、RF等指标差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论结缔组织疾病合并间质性肺病的患者其ANA、抗CCP、ESR、Hb、IgG、RF等指标水平较高。
