多次针刺合谷穴对寻常型痤疮患者面口部红外热像图影响的观察

摘要

Objective To observe the infrared thermal images and facial temperature after multiple acupuncturing Hegu (LI4) and Waiguan(SJ5) on acne vulgaris patients. Methods:The 50 patients with acne vulgaris were divided into Hegu group and Waiguan group, and be observed of the facial temperature and infrared thermal images before and after accepting multiple acupuncturing respectively.Result:The nature maximum temperature ,minimum temperature and average temperature of the Hegu group aftert multiple treatment was lower than the facial average temperature before first acupuncturing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The nature average temperature of the Hegu group aftert multiple treatment was lower than the facial average temperature before first acupuncturing,to explain that acne vulgaris patients with skin inflammation under control, and prove its clinical significance.%目的 观察多次针刺合谷穴对寻常型痤疮患者面部红外热像图及皮肤温度的影响.方法 应用红外热像仪对50例寻常型痤疮患者分为合谷组和外关组进行多次针刺,并用红外热像图扫描,观察其面部红外热图像和皮肤温度的变化.结果 合谷组多次针刺后的面部针前最高温、最低温及平均温度较首次针刺前降低,且差值有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 多次针刺合谷穴后患者面部针前平均温度较首次针刺前降低,在一定程度上说明寻常型痤疮患者的皮肤炎症得到控制,有其临床意义.
