60例产后失血性休克的护理措施

objective to take effective measures to care for the patient's sense of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 60 cases in our hospital expectant mothers were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and 30 patients in the observation group, the control group for mothers to take care of the regular program of observation group nursing mothers to take effective intervention programs of satisfaction and efficiency by comparing two groups of mothers.results after the effective care of satisfaction and efficiency by comparing two groups of mothers, patients in the observation group was signi昀cantly better results than the control group of patients, there was a signi昀cant difference (P<0.05), statistically meaningful.conclusion Patients with postpartum hemorrhage shock implement effective nursing intervention programs can significantly improve the success rate of productivity and rescue, effectively reducing postpartum complications, and greatly enhance patient satisfaction.%目的：研究对产后出血病患采取有效护理措施的意义。方法选取60例在我院治疗的待产妇，将其随机分为两组，对照组和观察组各30例，对对照组产妇采取常规的护理方案，对观察组产妇采取有效的护理干预方案，对两组产妇的满意度及效率进行比较。结果：经有效的护理后，对两组产妇的满意度及效率进行比较，观察组病患明显比对照组病患效果好，存在显著性差异（P<0.05），在统计学上有意义。结论：对产后出血性休克病患实施有效的护理干预方案，能够显著提升生产率及抢救的成功率，有效地减少产后的并发症，大大提升病患的满意度。
