围术期护理干预和常规护理对宫外孕患者应用效果比较

摘要

objective to study the perioperative nursing intervention and routine nursing for patients with ectopic pregnancy application effect.Methods 40 patients with ectopic pregnancy from 2013 december ~2014 year in december in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.the control group adopted routine care.the observation group on the basis of routine nursing care intervention.and compare the two groups of nursing satisfaction and complication rate of observation.results the satisfaction rate of the observation group, the complication rate was significantly better than the control group (P< 0.05), the difference was statistically significant.conclusion ectopic pregnancy patients in the perioperative period nursing intervention effect more good, more satisfaction, is worthy of extensive promotion and clinical application.%目的：研究分析围术期护理干预和常规护理对宫外孕患者应用效果。方法选取2013年12月至2014年12月我院收治的宫外孕患者40例，随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预。观察并比较两组护理满意度与并发症率。结果观察组护理满意度、并发症率均显著优于对照组，（P<0.05）差异具有统计学意义。结论宫外孕患者围手术期给予护理干预效果更加佳、满意度更高，值得临床广泛推广及应用。
