Objective To explore the effect of the acupuncture and massage in treating cervical vertigo. Methods 38 cases of cervical vertigo patients treated in our hospital were selected as the observation objects, all patients meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical vertigo, were treated with acupuncture and combined with a variety of massage manipulation, their therapeutic effect was observed. Results After the treatment, the vertigo of 38 patients significantly reduced, and the head and neck activity were significantly improved. Conclusion Acupuncture and massage treatment of cervical vertigo is a typical treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine, can receive the obvious treatment effect, effectively alleviates the patient’s symptom, is worth for application in the clinical experience.%目的：探究针灸推拿辨治颈源性眩晕的效果。方法选取本院收治的38例颈源性眩晕患者作为观察对象，所有患者均符合颈源性眩晕的诊断标准，均采用针灸治疗，同时结合各种推拿手法，观察治疗效果。结果38例患者经过治疗后眩晕都明显减轻，头颈部活动受限明显好转。结论针灸推拿辨证治疗颈源性眩晕是采取了中医的典型治疗方法，能够收到明显的治疗效果，有效缓解患者的症状，值得在临床推广应用。
