微型外固定支架治疗复杂性跖趾骨骨折的临床研究

摘要

目的：探究微型外固定支架治疗复杂性跖趾骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年10月至2014年12月收治的12例复杂性跖趾骨骨折患者，作为本次研究的对象。所有患者均实施微型外固定支架治疗，观察患者骨折愈合情况，足功能的优良率。结果平均随访时间为（7.5±0.4）月，随访过程所有患者骨折均得以愈合。结合X线片检查，患者骨折愈合的时间2个月~3个月。足功能按照Maryland评价，优良率为91.67%。结论复杂性跖趾骨骨折通过微型外固定支架治疗，临床效果较好。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of mini external fixation for the treatment of metatarsal and phalangeal fracture complexity.Methods in our hospital in October 2013 to 2014 - December 12 cases complexity of metatarsal and phalangeal fractures, as the object of the study. All patients were treated with mini external fixator, and the good rate of foot function was observed in patients with fracture healing.Results the average follow-up time was (7.5 + 0.4) months follow-up, all fractures were healed.
