Procedure for the development of biomarker for the prognosis of a therapeutic treatment on the basis of data from clinical studies, where the unchanged data of the therapy are divided into diagnostic and genomic parameters, and the marker is defined by a combination of parameter, comprises determining the maximum number markers from the parameter and maximum complexity of the system; and determining the defined parameter takes place by sequential combination of clinical parameter (=z-parameter) and/or genomic parameter (=x-parameter).
