Objective: To investigate clinical effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma puncture in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: will be treated in our hospital from 62 cases of cerebral hemorrhage of intracranial hematoma patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group received non operative treatment actively give treatment and the treatment of complications of infection prevention, observation group implementation of minimally invasive puncture treatment, after two weeks to assess the clinical efficacy and complications were observed. Death death due to complications in the difference between the treatment. Results: (1) the two groups of treatment effect: To observe the treatment group cured, markedly effective cases, total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group, the two groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05); (2) of the two groups after treatment complications: observation group the number of cases less than that of the control group, the observation group 2 cases of pulmonary infection increased mortality, and the control group, the renal failure and death in 2 cases, cerebral hernia in 2 cases, pulmonary infection in 2 cases, cases of the two groups the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: minimally invasive puncture in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage of intracranial hematoma can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the mortality rate, reduce complications, worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的：探讨分析微创穿刺术治疗高血压脑出血颅内血肿的临床疗效。方法：将我院收治的62例脑出血颅内血肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予非手术保守治疗，积极给予预防感染治疗和并发症治疗，观察组实施血肿微创穿刺术治疗，术后两周评价临床疗效和并发症情况。结果：（1）两组治疗效果比较：观察组治疗基本痊愈、显效例数和治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；（2）两组治疗后并发症情况比较：观察组并发症例数小于对照组，观察组2例因肺部感染加重死亡，对照组肾衰竭死亡2例，脑疝死亡2例，肺部感染死亡2例，例两组差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；结论：微创穿刺治疗脑出血颅内血肿可有效提高临床疗效和降低患者病死率，减少并发症发生，值得临床推广应用。
