学龄前儿童视力及屈光度发育筛查结果分析

摘要

目的：了解学龄前儿童的视力和屈光度发育情况，为干预视力异常提供科学的参考依据。方法对10032名学龄前儿童进行筛查，其中视力常规检查采用标准对数视力表，屈光度发育情况检查采用伟伦手持式视力筛查仪。结果所有受检儿童中的视力异常率为19.74％，屈光检出1572人。结论学龄前儿童的视力问题较为严重，应该加强对学龄前儿童的视力保健工作，对其进行及早的干预治疗。%Objective to understand visual acuity and diopter development of preschool children, to provide scientific reference for abnormal visual acuity intervention. Methods 10032 preschool children were screened, and routine screening of visual acuity applies standard logarithmic visual acuity chart. Diopter development examination applies Wyler handheld vision screening instrument.Results abnormal rate of visual acuity was 19.74% for all children tested, and 1572 cases had abnormal diopter development. Conclusion most of preschool children has serious vision problems, vision healthcare work should be strengthened for preschool children, and intervention treatment should be carried out at early stages.
