分析临床护理路径应用于子宫肌瘤患者围手术期护理中的临床效果

摘要

目的：分析临床护理路径应用于子宫肌瘤患者围手术期护理中的临床效果。方法从本院2014年8月至2015年8月期间收治的子宫肌瘤患者中选取70例，分为两组，对照组行常规护理，实验组行临床护理路径，分析两组临床护理效果。结果护理后，实验组首次排气时间、早期下床活动时间、平均住院时间及护理满意度等，与对照组比较有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于子宫肌瘤患者围手术期护理中的临床效果较为显著，值得推广。%Objective to analyze the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 70 cases of patients with uterine fibroids treated from August 2015 to August 2014 were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, the experimental group was treated with clinical nursing pathway, and the effect of the two groups were analyzed.Results after nursing, the first exhaust time, the early time of bed activity, the average length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared with the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion the clinical nursing pathway in patients with uterine fibroids perioperative care in the clinical effect is more significant, it is worth promoting.
