瑞波西汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效比较

摘要

目的：比较瑞波西汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法将84例抑郁症患者按照随机数字表随机分为2组各42例，瑞波西汀组给予瑞波西汀，初始剂量4 mg ／d，2周内渐增至12 mg ／d；帕罗西汀组给予帕罗西汀，初始剂量20 mg ／d，2周内渐增至50 mg ／d，疗程均为6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定临床疗效，不良反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果瑞波西汀组有效率为88.0％、显效率为76.1％；帕罗西汀组有效率为90.4％、显效率为78.5％，2组显效率比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论瑞波西汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症均有疗，依从性好，且瑞波西汀起效较帕罗西汀快。%Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of of reboxetine vs.paroxet ine in the treatment o f depression.Methods 84 patients were randomly divided into reboxe tine (n =42)and paroxetine (n =42)group for 6 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD)and Treatment Emergent Symp-tom Scale (TESS),respect ively.Results The total efficiency in reboxetine group and paroxetineinthe group were88.0% and 90.4% respectively,and no significant difference between two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Both reboxetine and paroxetine have evident effects,higher safety and better compliance in the treatment of depression,but the former shows a faster effect.
