Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) research overcame the ethical issues for using embryo stem cells (ESCs) in regenerative medicine and broke a new path for autologous regenerative medicine. However, the reprogramming efficiency has become one of the most important barriers to iPSCs clinical transformation. Investigation of molecular mechanism during reprogramming process is of great meaning for developing efficient and safe iPS technology. Recently, microRNAs were found playing important roles in reprogramming. In this paper, we focus on microRNAs involved in somatic cell reprogramming and their potential role in this process.%诱导多能干细胞(induced Pluripotent Stem Cells,iPSCs)的研究解决了再生医学中运用ESCs所涉及的伦理学问题,为自体再生医学开辟了一条新途径。
