清胃散加味联合替硝唑治疗成人慢性牙周炎65例疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨清胃散加味联合替硝唑在成人慢性牙周炎治疗中的疗效。方法：将130例成人慢性牙周炎患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组各65例，两组均给予牙周基础治疗，对照组加用替硝唑口服治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合清胃散加味治疗，2个疗程后对比两组疗效及相关指标，随访6个月观察复发率。结果：治疗组显效率35.38％、总有效率98.46％均分别优于对照组16.92％、86.15％，治疗组治疗后菌斑指数、出血指数、牙周袋探针深度、牙齿松动度等牙周指标及口臭、牙龈肿痛、齿衄、便秘、溲黄、口干舌燥等胃热证中医症候评分均较对照组降低更明显，随访期间治疗组复发率10.77％低于对照组的29.23％，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗期间两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：清胃散加味联合替硝唑治疗成人慢性牙周炎可加快局部炎症消散，促进临床症候缓解，提高牙周基础治疗效果，复发率低，安全性高，值得临床进一步研究推广。%Objective:Study on Qingwei Jiawei and tinidazole in treatment of adult chronic periodontitis results .Methods:Will 130 cases adult chronic teeth week inflammatory patients by digital table law random is divided into controlled group and observation group the 65 cases, two group are giving teeth week based treatment , controlled group plus with for the nitrate h oral treatment , observation group in controlled group based Shang joint Qing stomach bulk plus flavor treatment ,2 a treatments Hou contrast two group effect and the related indicators,follow-up 6 months observation relapse rate .Results:Observation group show efficiency 35.38%,and total effective rate 98. 46% are respectively better than control group 16.92%, and 86.15%,observation group treatment Hou bacteria spots index , and bleed-ing index, and teeth week bags probe depth,and teeth loose degrees,teeth week indicators and the bad breath,and gum swelling,and tooth but,and constipation,and wash in a pen or basket yellow ,and affects,stomach hot card TCM symptoms scoring are more control group reduced more obvious , follow-up during observation group relapse rate 10.77%below control group of 29.23%,Differences are statistically significant (P<0.05);Group differences in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was not statistically signifi -cant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qingwei powder combined with tinidazole in treatment of adult chronic periodontitis can speed up the local inflammatory resolution to promote clinical symptom relief ,and improve the effect of periodontal basic treatment , low recurrence rate, high security, and worthy of further clinical research and promotion .
