四子散外敷配合物理疗法治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the external application of Sizi powder combined with physiotherapy in the treatment of upper-limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery .Methods:76 patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into control group (36 cases)and experiment group(40 cases).Patients in control group received physical therapy (limb massage,function exercise,pressure pump treatment,ect.)while experiment group received external application of Sizi powder as well as physiotherapy.The arm circumference and the pain degree of limb were measured and recorded .Results:Effective rate of experiment group was higher than control group ,and the result had significant statistical difference (P=0.041).The pain relief clinical effectiveness compared to no difference in the 2 groups,but the pain in experiment group was alleviated faster than control group , the result also had significant statistical difference(P=0.017).Conclusion:The external application of Sizi powder combined with physiotherapy in the treatment of upper-limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery had better clinical curative effect .%目的：观察四子散外敷配合物理治疗对乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者的临床疗效。方法：将76例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者分为2组，治疗组（四子散外敷联合物理治疗）36例和对照组（单纯物理治疗）40例，测量并记录治疗前后患肢臂围及患肢疼痛程度，对2组患者的临床治疗效果对比。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（P＝0.041），2组疼痛缓解有效率对比无差异，但疼痛缓解时间治疗组优于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（P＝0.017）。结论：四子散外敷联合物理治疗对乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿具有较好的临床疗效。
