METHOD OF TREATING POSTOPERATIVE LYMPHOSTASIS FOLLOWING BREAST CANCER SURGERY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, oncology, surgery, physiotherapy and can be used for treating patients with late postoperative lymphostasis following a breast cancer surgery. The patient is daily exposed to infrared laser at a permanent magnetic field of the magnetic induction intensity within the range of 20-50 mT, pulse repetition frequency of the infrared laser light within the range of 80 Hz, and power 0.5-1.0 Wt. The exposure is labile; its length is 1.5-2.0 min. and covers an injured extremity, axillary area, shoulder and back. The patient is further exposed to Scenar in a continuous mode covering the above regions for 5-10 minutes. The therapeutic course is 10-15 procedures.;EFFECT: method enables higher clinical effectiveness in lymphostasis ensured by stimulating vascular and neuromuscular tone, recovering motion activity of the upper extremities and relieving pains.;2 ex
