清肺消炎丸对COPD大鼠肺组织MMP-9和TIMP-1表达的影响

     

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of Qingfei Xiaoyan Pills on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase -9(MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase -1 ( TIMP-1) in the lung tissue of COPD Rats. Methods: Thirty Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups randomly , normal control group , COPD model group, Qingfei Xiaoyan Pills group. Except for the normal control group , we made the COPD model by smudging plus intratracheal instillation of LPS under endoscopy , and treated them separately for 7 days. Then we observed the change of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 expression in the lung tissue. Results:The MMP-9and TIMP-1 expression in the lung of COPD model group were obviously increased than those of control group ( P < 0. 05 ) , the MMP-9 and TIMP-1 of Qingfei Xiaoyan Pills group were low - er than those of model group (P <0. 05). Conclusion: Qingfei Xiaoyan Pills could inhibit the expression of MMP -9 and TTMP4 in the lung in COPD rats, improve the MMP-9 / TTMP4 imbalance , thus playing a role in preventing and treating airway remodeling in COPD .%目的:观察清肺消炎丸对COPD大鼠肺组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)表达的影响.方法:将30只Wistar大鼠,随机分为3组,正常对照组、COPD模型组和清肺消炎丸组,除正常对照组外,采用烟熏及内窥镜下气管滴入内毒素方法制作COPD模型,造模成功后分别治疗7 d,观察各组肺组织中MMP-9和TIMP-1表达变化.结果:模型组大鼠肺组织MMP-9和TIMP-1的表达与空白组相比明显增强(P<0.05),中药治疗组大鼠肺组织MMP-9和TIMP-1水平比模型组减低(P<0.05).结论:清肺消炎丸具有抑制COPD大鼠肺组织中MMP-9及TIMP-1的表达,改善MMP-9/TIMP-1比例失衡,从而防治该病气道重塑的作用.
