养血清脑颗粒治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的临床观察

摘要

目的:观察养血清脑颗粒对脑卒中后认知障碍的临床疗效.方法:将80名脑卒中后认知障碍患者随机分为2组,对照组以常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用养血清脑颗粒,并观察临床疗效、MMSE、ADL、中医证候积分.结果:治疗组各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:养血清脑颗粒治疗脑卒中后认知障碍具有较好的临床疗效.%Objective:To observe the efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao granule in treating post-stroke cognitive impairment. Methods: A total of 80 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment were recruited and randomized into 2 groups. Group A was treated with conventional treatment; based on this, group B was also treated with Yangxue Qingnao granule. The clinical effect, MMSE, ADL and TCM syndrome score were evaluated in both groups. Results: The indexes in treatment group were significantly superior to those in control group( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: Yangxue Qingnao granule has good therapeutic effect on post-stroke cognitive impairment.
