肺纤维化是一种严重威胁人类健康及生存质量的疾病，目前尚无有力的证据解释其纤维化病因，随着发病率的逐年增高和诊断技术的进步，肺纤维化的检出率逐渐升高，进而引起了诸多医家的重视。由于现代医学缺乏对其有效的治疗手段，不少医家转而从中医学寻求治疗方法，不同的中医医家从不同的角度对肺纤维化采取不同的治疗手段，也都取得了一些疗效。然而，中医病名及诊断标准没有得到统一，不少医家从“肺痿”辨证出发，取得了较好的临床疗效，也达成了一定的共识，共识对于指导中医诊治起到了指导作用，也进一步规范“肺痿”诊治标准，对于更好的治疗肺纤维化具有很大意义。%Pulmonary Fibrosis turns into a serious threat to the health and quality of life of human beings.There is no strong evidence to explain the cause of fibrosis.Along with the increasing incidence rate and advancing diagnosis technology,detection rate of pulmonary fi-brosis has increased gradually,which has drawn a lot of attention from medical doctors.Due to the lack of effective treatment,many physi-cians start to seek treatment protocols from the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine.Different Chinese medicine physicians apply differ-ent methods from different angles to treat pulmonary fibrosis and they have achieved some effects.However,the TCM name and diagnosis standards of the disease have not been unified.Many doctors have obtained the good clinical curative effects from the aspect of“Atrophic lung disease”,they also reached a consensus to guide the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,which could further standardize the“atrophic lung disease”diagnosis standards to treat pulmonary fiber better.
