论肺合大肠之气机升降相因

摘要

The theories of “Qi ascending and descending”and “interior-exterior relationship between lung and intestine”were both recorded in Huangdis Internal Classic,and both played a vital role in the system of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). Besides,they are widely practiced in TCMclinic.As a representative pair of organs that share a interior and exterior relation,the qi ascending and descending between lung and intestine has unique features.That the lung and intestine are close to each other could evidence their interior-exterior relationship,that their relationship contributes to ones life,and the Qi movement between them are the basic mechanism of their relationship.This paper aims to reveal the connotation of the correlation between lung and intestine from the following aspects:Qi ascending and descending of lung,those of intestine,and their correlation.%气机升降理论和肺肠相合理论均源自《黄帝内经》，都是中医理论体系的重要组成部分，几千年来指导中医临床实践，经久不衰。肺与大肠作为脏腑相表里理论中一对代表性的脏腑，其气机的升降运动的有其独有的特点，肺与肠相合是相表里的内在依据，肺与大肠相表里是相合的生命体现，而肺与大肠气机升降相因又是肺肠相合的内在机制[1]。本文从肺之气机升降、大肠之气机升降、肺与大肠之间气机升降三方面的论述肺与大肠气机升降相因的深刻内涵。
