养肾补心汤对病毒性心肌炎患者血清炎性反应因子、心肌酶谱的影响

摘要

目的:探讨养肾补心汤对病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患者血清炎性反应因子、心肌酶谱的影响.方法:选取2015年10月至2017年8月武穴市第二人民医院收治的VMC患者126例,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(n＝62)和对照组( n＝64).对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用养肾补心汤治疗,2组均连续治疗2个月.比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎性反应因子及心肌酶谱指标水平;记录治疗过程中2组不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后观察组与对照组总有效率分别为90.32%、75.00%,观察组显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后2组血清IL－6、IL－9、IL－17及TNF－α水平显著下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P＜0.01);2组血清IL－27水平显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P＜0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗后2组血清AST、LDH、CK、CK－MB水平均显著下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P＜0.01);治疗期间观察组恶心、呕吐、及腹泻的发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:养肾补心汤治疗VMC可有效降低患者血清炎性反应因子及心肌酶谱指标水平,显著提升临床疗效.%Objective:To investigate the influence of yangshen buxin Tang on serum inflammatory factors and myocardial enzyme spectrum of patients with viral myocarditis ( VMC ).Methods:A total of 126 cases of VMC patients in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group ( n＝62 ) and the control group ( n＝64 ),according to the different treatment methods. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment ,and the observation group was added with yangshen buxin Tang,on the basis of control group.The 2 groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical effects,serum inflammatory factors and myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes levels before and after treatment of the 2 groups were compared and the adverse reaction in the course of treatment of 2 groups were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of observation group and control group after treatment were 90.32%and 75.00%respectively,and the observation group was significantly higher than control group ( P＜0.05 ).Compared with those before treatment ,the levels of serum IL－6,IL－9,IL－17 and TNF－αof 2 groups after treatment significantly decreased,and observation group was significantly lower than control group ( P＜0.01 ).The levels of serum IL－27 of 2 groups af－ter treatment significantly increased ,and observation group was significantly higher than control group ( P＜0.01 ); compared with before treatment,the levels of serum AST,LDH,CK,CK－MB of 2 groups after treatment significantly decreased ,and observation group was significantly lower than control group (P＜0.01); the incidence of nausea,vomiting and diarrhea of observation group was significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Yangshen buxin decoction in the treatment of VMC pa－tients can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and myocardial enzyme spectrum ,indexes,improve the clinical curative effect.
