悬索桥锌-铝合金镀层钢丝主缆索夹抗滑试验研究

     

摘要

To examine the anti‐sliding performance of cable clamps for suspension bridge main cables made up of zinc‐aluminum alloy coated steel wires ,the suspension bridge main cables of 37‐91φ5 .2 are cited as models to carry out anti‐sliding tests for cable clamps .The jacking and pushing force of jacks is used to simulate the downward sliding force of real bridge cable clamps ,by using the parameters measured during the sliding of cable clamps ,the anti‐sliding friction coefficient of the cable clamps of main cables made up of zinc‐aluminum alloy coated steel wires ,the porosity in‐side and outside of the cable clamps are calculated .The results of the test demonstrate that the friction coefficient of the zinc‐aluminum alloy coated steel wire is 0 .305 ,at this moment ,the po‐rosity inside and outside the cable clamps are 17 .4% and 19 .6% .The anti‐sliding friction coeffi‐cient gained in the test has greater reserve amount than the value prescribed in the design code ,and a value of 0 .20 is suggested for the future bridge design .Under the same design circumstance ,the design length of cable clamps can be reduced by 30% ,by this way ,the weight of the cable clamps can be reduced and the complexity of construction can also be decreased .%为了解悬索桥锌-铝合金镀层钢丝主缆索夹的抗滑性能,以37-91φ5.2悬索桥主缆为模型,进行索夹抗滑试验。用千斤顶顶推力模拟实桥索夹的下滑力,通过实测索夹发生滑移时的相关参数,计算得到锌-铝合金镀层钢丝主缆索夹的抗滑摩阻系数及索夹内、外空隙率。试验结果表明:锌-铝合金镀层钢丝的抗滑摩阻系数为0.305,此时索夹内、外空隙率分别为17.4%和19.6%;试验得到的抗滑摩阻系数相对设计规范取值储备量较大,建议后期桥梁设计中按0.20取值,在同等设计条件下,索夹设计长度可缩短30%,既可减轻索夹重量又可降低施工难度。
