黄化对吐鲁番葡萄叶片光合及叶绿素荧光特性的影响

         

摘要

The main cultivar ofTurpan'Thmopson seedless' and'Centennial seedless' was used as testing materials to study the effect of chlorosis on photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of grape leaves.TNHY-8 agricultural environment detector,LI-6400XT portable photosynthesis apparatus and FMS-2 portable pulse modulated fluorimeter are used to determine the microclimate,leaf photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of vineyard.The results showed that the PAR,soil moisture,field temperature,relative humidity and CO2 concentration of two grapes were significantly higher than that of yellowing orchard,but the difference of soil temperature was not significant.Along with the degree of grape chlorosis worse off,the Pn,Gs,T,Fv/Fm,Fm and NPQ of leaves of two grapes were significantly lower than those of normal plants,but Fo was significantly higher than that of normal plants,The normal strain of'Centennial seedless' Fv /Fm was 97.62% and 164.29% higher than that of the yellow leaves.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between PAR,atmospheric CO2 and soil temperature with Fo,Fm and NPQ of grape yellow plants,and correlation coefficients of CO2,Fo,Fm and NPQ were 0.937,0.925 and 0.884.It is analyzed that the atmospheric CO2 concentration and PAR were closely related to the growth and development of grape plants.%为了探究黄化对葡萄叶片光合特性及叶绿素荧光参数的影响,以新疆吐鲁番地区主栽品种‘无核白’和‘无核白鸡心’为研究对象,对葡萄园田间小气候、叶片光合特性及叶绿素荧光参数进行测定与分析.结果表明,2种葡萄正常园PAR、土壤水分、田间温度、相对湿度和CO2浓度均显著大于黄化园,而土壤温度之间差异不显著.随着黄化程度的不断加深,2种葡萄黄化株叶片Pn、Gs、Tr、Fv/Fm、Fm及NPQ均显著低于正常株,而Fo显著高于正常株, ‘无核白’和‘无核白鸡心’正常株Fv/Fm分别比重度黄化叶高97.62%和164.29%.相关性分析结果显示,PAR、大气CO2浓度、土壤温度与葡萄黄化株Fo、Fm、NPQ呈极显著正相关,且大气CO2浓度与Fo、Fm、NPQ的相关系数分别为0.937、0.925、0.884.分析认为,环境因子中大气CO2浓度、PAR等与葡萄植株生长发育密切相关.
