慢性盆腔炎盆腔积液中药湿热敷联合中药口服及灌肠临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective:Moist heat on the traditional Chinese medicine combine traditional Chinese medicine oral and enema clini-cal efficacy in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease pelvic effusion nursing observation.Methods:Selection of 42 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease pelvic cavity accumulates fluid,were randomly divided into interven-tion group(n=22)and the control group (n=20).The control group using traditional Chinese medicine oral and enema meth-od,moist heat on the intervention group used traditional Chinese medicine combined oral medicine and enema method.Every course of 7 days,a total of two period of treatment,treatment after comparing two groups of clinical effect.Results:Interven-tion group lumbar di ministry pain sank up feeling significantly less time was significantly lower than the control group.Inter-vention group sessions over the abdomen colour to exceed results show that the pelvic cavity accumulates fluid quantity to re-duce and disappear is significantly higher than control group obviously,efficient intervention treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Moist heat on the use of traditional Chi-nese medicine (TCM)in combination with oral medicine and enema method,can significantly improve patients with chronic pel-vic inflammatory disease pelvic cavity accumulates fluid of pelvic cavity accumulates fluid absorption,relieve pain and improve patients with lumbosacral falling up feeling symptoms,promote efficient treatment,giving full play to the advantages of TCM service features.%目的：探讨中药湿热敷联合中药口服和灌肠对慢性盆腔炎盆腔积液患者临床疗效护理观察。方法：选取慢性盆腔炎盆腔积液患者42例，随机分为干预组（n＝22）和对照组（n＝20）。对照组采用中药口服和灌肠法，干预组采用中药湿热敷联合中药口服和灌肠法。每疗程7天，共两疗程，疗程结束后比较两组临床效果。结果：干预组腰骶部疼痛坠涨感明显缓解时间显著低于对照组。干预组疗程结束腹部彩超结果显示盆腔积液量明显减少和消失者明显高于对照组，说明干预组治疗有效率明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：运用中药湿热敷联合中药口服和灌肠法，能显著促进慢性盆腔炎盆腔积液患者盆腔积液的吸收，减轻和改善患者腰骶疼痛坠涨感症状，提升治疗有效率，发挥中医药服务特色优势。
