产妇产后出血原因分析及预防急救

摘要

目的:分析产妇产后出血的原因,及时有效迅速抢救的方法,并掌握相应的预防措施.方法:回顾性分析凉山州"120"西昌市三级网络医院2013年1月至2015年1月收治的109例产后出血患者的临床资料,对其进行了产前、产时、产后的预防与监测,做好产后出血的抢救.结果:109例产后出血患者通过临床抢救预后良好,死亡2例.结论:产后出血重在预防,需要认真仔细的临床观察,及时的发现与处理.%Objective: To analyze the causes of postpartum hemorrhage, and to explore timely and effective emergency response methods and corresponding preventive measures. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 109 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted by the level 3 hospitals in Xichang City through the 120 Emergency Medical Aid system. The patients received close monitor before, during, and after delivery. Preventive treatment and emergency response for postpartum hemorrhage were made accordingly. Results: Through clinical rescue, prognosis for most of the patients with postpartum hemorrhage was good with 2 death cases. Conclusion: Close clinical observation, timely detecting and treatment are the most important measures in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.
