可吸收缝线用于剖宫产腹部切口外缝的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of absorbable suture for cesarean section abdominal incision and suture. Methods:The 80 cases of maternal uterine cesarean section were divided into two groups, the observation group of 40 cases, using absorbable suture, 40 cases in the control group using the ordinary silk thread, The two groups were observed wound healing. Results:The observation group a maternal incision healing rate was 96.7%; the control group healing rates were 95.6%, No significant differences between the two groups was significant. Conclusion:Absorbable suture for cesarean section and the ordinary silk thread has the same effect, but the absorbable suture of good absorption, good toughness, can achieve small scar cosmesis.%目的:探讨可吸收缝合线用于剖宫产腹部切口外缝的临床效果.方法:将行剖宫产的80例产妇分成两组,观察组40例,采用可吸收缝合线,对照组40例采用普通丝线,观察两组切口愈合情况.结果:观察组产妇切口甲级愈合率为96.7%,对照组甲级愈合率为95.6%,两组比较差异无显著性.结论:可吸收缝合线用于剖宫产和普通丝线具有相同效果,但可吸收缝合线吸收好,韧性好,可达到疤痕小的美容效果.
