目的:通过客观评价剖腹产手术护理中的风险,总结提升剖腹产手术护理有效性的方法.方法:以随机方式选择本院妇产科2013年6月至2015年6月收取的45名剖腹产孕妇(实验组),予以风险管理;同期选取45名剖腹产孕妇(对照组),接受常规护理.在观察2组入选产妇的护理满意度以及风险发生率的基础上,对所得数据进行比较.结果:与对照组对比,发现实验组入选产妇的护理满意度是97.78%,风险发生率是4.44%,对照组分别是73.33%和17.78%,实验组表现出优势(P<0.05).结论:对于剖腹产手术产妇,通过予以风险管理,可以防止风险事故出现,提升产妇的护理满意度,进一步改善护患间矛盾关系,可推广.%Objective: To summarize the methods of improving the nursing effectiveness for caesarean section patients through an objective evaluation of the risks in nursing. Methods: By random selection, 45 puerperas underwent cesarean section in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital during June 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the experimental group and received risk management in the nursing. At the same time, 45 puerperas underwent cesarean section was selected as the control group receiving routine care. The maternal care satisfaction rate and incident rate in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: It was found that the maternal care satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 97.78%, and the incidence rate was 4.44%. While that of the control group was 73.33% and 17.78% respectively. Obvious advantages were shown in the experimental group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Risk management to caesarean section patients can reduce the risk of incidents, improve maternal care satisfaction and further improve the relationship between the nursing staff and the patients. It is worthy to be promoted.
