尼莫司汀对复发恶性胶质瘤的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective: clinical observation of nimustine in recurrent malignant glioma. Methods: the patients were divided into control group and observation group, the control group using a simple three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, the observation group based on the combined perfusion nimustine therapy, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results:the total effective rate of observation group was 90%;the control group the total effective rate was 68%, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05) contrast. Conclusion:the recurrence of malignant glioma patients using the Nimmo Stine treatment, a significant clinical effect, low incidence of adverse reactions, safe and reliable, can be used as a means of conventional chemotherapy, worthy of promotion in clinical use.%目的：研究分析尼莫司汀对复发恶性胶质瘤的临床效果。方法：选取2010年1月至2014年1月期间，本院收治的复发恶性胶质瘤患者100例，通过随机数表法将全部患者分为对照组与观察组，各组患者50例，对照组患者采用单纯三维适形放疗，观察组患者在此基础上联合灌注尼莫司汀进行治疗，对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果：经分析可知，观察组总有效率为90.00%；对照组总有效率为68.00%，两组对比有统计学差异（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应患者接受相应的针对治疗之后，缓解恢复，无死亡患者。结论：对复发恶性胶质瘤患者采用尼莫司汀治疗，临床效果显著，不良反应发生率低，安全可靠，可以作为常规的化疗手段，值得在临床上推广使用。
