A fragment of the removed tumor taken intraoperatively is examined, in which an immunohistochemical reaction is performed with antibodies to connexins - 36, 43. With negative expression of connexins - 36, 43, recurrence of malignant gliomas is predicted in the first 5 months after tumor removal.
