早期康复训练在急性脑卒中患者中的应用效果研究

摘要

Objective:To assess the effects of early rehabilitation from specialized nurses of neurology department on patients with acute stroke.Methods:160 cases of the patients with acute stroke were divided into specialized nurses group and control group with 80 cases each, then, scored by American national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)and activities of daily living(ADL)scale before and after the treatment.Results:The scores of NIHSS and ADL of specialized nurses group were significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation of patients with acute stroke from specialized nurses of neurology department has a positive meaning.%目的:探讨早期康复训练对急性期脑卒中患者的影响.方法:将160例急性期脑卒中患者分为专科护士组和对照组各80例,用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)和日常生活能力(ADL)量表对其治疗前后效果进行评价.结果:专科护士组患者NIHSS评分和ADL评分较对照比较明显降低(P<0.05).结论:神经内科专科护士在脑卒中急性期为患者行早期康复具有积极意义.
