高职院校招标采购管理系统设计

摘要

In this paper, we use the method of information management to manage the procurement bidding process in vocational technology institute. Through analyzing the standard business process, the paper designs the function module of the system, and analyzes the bidding process management, and describes the method of the evaluation of the evaluation of bid experts, and finally designs the system based on SSH.%文章采用信息化的管理方法对高职院校采购招标流程进行管理，提高招标采购过程的规范化与自动化。通过分析招标采购的标准业务流程，对系统的功能模块进行了设计，并重点分析了招标流程管理，对评标专家抽取算法——自适应概率调整算法进行详细描述；最后，设计了基于SSH的系统开发架构，为实现流程规范、执行效率高的高职院校招标采购管理系统提供了切实可行的方案。
