This paper introduces the design and application of TD-LTE distribution system design in mobile communication, with emphasis on the discussion of the general principle of indoor distribution system design scheme, including the index requirement of the construction methods, construction process, project planning, according to the structure of the buildings as well as the business needs to determine the location of the construction scheme and antenna, components and a trunk ampliifer is presented, and a system design case.%文章介绍了TD-LTE分布系统设计在移动通信中的设计与应用，着重讨论室分系统设计方案的总体原则，包括建设方式、建设流程、工程规划的指标要求等，根据楼宇的结构以及业务需求确定建设方案和天线、元器件和干线放大器的位置，并给出某系统设计案例。
