本文结合大型风电机组中所具有的叶轮制动(变桨和转子刹车装置)系统和锁定装置,通过控制器的参与,提出对三者采用顺序控制,实现叶轮的自动锁定,并通过补充特殊电路结构和引入风电机组运行时的振动值作为控制参数,保证叶轮安全可靠地自动锁定。% Integrating the braking system (including pitch system and rotor-braking device) and rotor-locking device of large wind turbines, with the participation of the controller, this paper presents sequence control to realize the rotor auto-lock. In the mean time, a special electric circuit is offered and the vibration value is used as control parameters to insure the safety and reliability of the auto-lock system.
