《苏州市湿地保护条例》》实施中存在的问题及对策建议

摘要

为进一步保护好湿地资源，加强湿地保护工作，苏州市制定了首部湿地保护条例。论述了制定《苏州市湿地保护条例》所取得的成果以及在实施中存在的问题，并对今后的湿地保护管理提出了建议和对策。%In order to further protect wetland resources and to strengthen wetland protection, Suzhou Municipality made its first wetland protection regulation. This paper discusses the achievements obtained from and problems existing in the implementation of the Regulation of Wetland Protection in Suzhou. Recommendations were made for wetland protection and management in future.
