内蒙古自治区第二次土地调查界线与管理界线的衔接探析

摘要

基于内蒙古自治区第二次土地调查成果，对调查界线和管理界线进行统计分析，得出结论：导致调查界线与管理界线不一致的原因主要有四个方面。一是因行政区划调整所致；二是因界线误差分离所致；三是因水域边界变化所致；四是因历史遗留问题所致。避免调查界线和管理界线不一致的有效措施是行政区域界线联合检查。解决调查界线和管理界线不一致的对策是将调查界线与管理界线调整一致以及共同协商解决。%Based on the second land survey results of Inner Mongolia autonomous region,analyse the investigation and manage-ment boundary lines , conclusion shows: cause of survey lines do not agree with management line mainly has four aspects. It is caused by a administrative division adjustment; the second is caused by a boundary error separation; the third is caused by waters boundary changes; the fourth is caused by historical issues left. The effective measure is consistent with the investigation and man-agement of employed administrative district boundary joint inspection. To solve the problem of inconsistent investigation and man-agement of employed is adjust investigation and management of employed consistent and mutual consultations.
