PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an unnecessary border line generated during drafting of a molding.;SOLUTION: The unnecessary border line detection device PC is provided with a normal judgement means C106B for judging whether or not a first normal HV1 and a second normal HV2 are the same direction; a curved state judgement means 106D for, when the curved state of a first surface FM1 in a border line L is defined as a first curved state, and the curved state of a second surface FM2 in the border line L is defined as a second curved state, deciding whether or not the first curved state and the second curved state are the same; and an unnecessary border line detection means C106 for, when it is decided that the first normal HV1 and the second normal HV2 are the same direction, and when it is decided that the first curved state and the second curved state are the same, detecting the border line L as an unnecessary boarder line L1 as an unnecessary border line for dividing the first surface FM and the second surface MF2 which should be originally the same surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
