Objective: To survey clinical effects of ZhengChaiHuYin granules combined with methidathion in the treatment for hyperthyroidism. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 40 cases each group, the control group took methidathion, and the observation group ZhengChaiHuYin granules on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, the relapse conditions, adverse reaction and the changes of thyroid hormone of both groups were compared. Results:After the intervention, the levels of FT3 and FT4 of both groups were lower than before intervention (P＜0.05), the levels of TSH were higher than before intervention (P ＜0.05), after treating, the levels of FT3 and FT4 of the observation group were lower than these of the control group after the intervention (P＜0.05), the levels of TSH were higher than these of the control group after the intervention (P＜0.05); there was no difference in the comparisons of gastrointestinal discomforts, liver function injury, renal function injury and arrest of bone marrow between both groups (P＞0.05); the observation group was less than the control group in relapse rate within one year and within two years (P ＜0.05), and total relapse rate (P ＜0.05). Conclusion: The combination of ZhengChaiHuYin granules and methidathion could effectively regulate the level of thyroid related hormone of the patients, which possesses high therapeutic safety, would not increase adverse reaction and effectively reduce the relapse rate.%目的:观察正柴胡饮颗粒联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床疗效.方法:将甲状腺功能亢进患者80例按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组口服甲巯咪唑,观察组在对照组基础上口服正柴胡饮颗粒,比较2组患者甲状腺激素变化情况、不良反应以及复发情况.结果:干预后2组患者血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)及血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平均低于干预前(P＜0.05),促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平高于干预前(P＜0.05);干预后观察组FT3及FT4水平低于对照组(P＜0.05),TSH水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).2组消化道不适、肝功能损伤、肾功能损伤及骨髓抑制等发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).观察组1年复发率、2年复发率及总复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:正柴胡饮颗粒联合甲巯咪唑能有效调节甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺相关激素水平,治疗安全性高,不增加不良反应,能有效降低复发率.
