宫颈炎Ⅰ号治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的临床观察

摘要

Objective: To observe clinical effect of GongjingYan recipe I in treating cervical erosion caused by chronic cervicitis and associated with HPV infection. Method: Sixty positive patients with HPV and cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases each group. Observation group were treated with GongjingYan recipe I while control group with interferon. Result: Total effective rate of observation group was 83.33%, cure rate 46.67%, higher than that of control group (P<0.05); total HPV conversion rate reached to 76.7%, It was higher at the third, sixth, twelfth month of the treatment than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: GongjingYan recipe I not only is effective in treating cervical erosion, but also can raise HPV conversion rate and shorten conversion time.%目的:观察中药配方宫颈炎Ⅰ号治疗慢性宫颈糜烂伴HPV感染的临床疗效.方法:将60例宫颈糜烂并HPV阳性的患者随机分为观察组及对照组/每组30例,观察组采用中药宫颈炎Ⅰ号方,对照组采用干扰素栓治疗.结果:观察组总有效率达83.33％,治愈率达46.67％,明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);HPV总计转阴率达76.7％,在治疗的3.6、12个月转阴率均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:中药配方宫颈炎Ⅰ号对慢性宫颈糜烂有良好的治疗作用,且可提高HPV的转阴率及缩短转阴时间.
