熄风振颓煎对缺血性中风二级预防的研究

摘要

目的:观察熄风振颓煎对缺血性中风患者二级预防的效果.方法:将60 例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.2 组均采用中风的西医二级预防治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予熄风振颓煎口服,1 剂/d.2 组均治疗24 周.结果:神经功能缺损积分、生活能力评分、复发率治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:熄风振颓煎对缺血性中风恢复期患者二级预防具有良好效果.%Objective: To observe the influence of XiFeng ZhenTuijian in secondary prevention of ischemic stroke. Method: Sixty patients were allocated into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups were given with secondary prevention therapy of stroke in western medicine; the treatment group took XiFeng ZhenTuijian, one dose each day. Both groups were treated for 24 weeks. Result: Comparison between both groups had significant difference in neurologic function impairment scale, living ability scale, relapse rate (P<0.05). Conclusion: XiFeng ZhenTuijian has better effects in secondary prevention of ischemic stroke patients at rehabilitation stage.
